We proudly present the 20th Annual Orange County Rising Stars Awards for 2025, the region’s most prestigious recognition of emerging leaders. This milestone year celebrates two decades of excellence, with over 423 exceptional honorees recognized since 2006 for their outstanding contributions to Orange County.

Our Rising Stars are forward-thinking leaders who inspire progress, champion service, and create lasting impact in both their professional and volunteer roles. Selected by an independent panel, these individuals are shaping a stronger, more vibrant Orange County.
