Children’s Museum

Building a Brighter Future, One Discovery at a Time!
The Junior League of Orange County is bringing a world-class Children’s Museum to the heart of the Hudson Valley. Join us in building a space where imagination knows no bounds. Orange County is home to over 100,000 children, yet we lack a dedicated, year-round space for interactive, hands-on STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts, and Math) education. We aren’t just building a museum; we are building a laboratory for the next generation of thinkers, artists, and leaders.

Our Roadmap
Phase 1: Feasibility & Design (Complete) – Community outreach and conceptual architectural drafting.
Phase 2: The Capital Campaign (Currently)– Securing the foundational funding through grants, corporate sponsorships, and private donors.
**Kicking off with Hudson Valley Gives Day May 20, 2026**
Phase 3: Construction & Curation – Bringing the exhibits to life and breaking ground on our permanent home.
Phase 4: Grand Opening – Cutting the ribbon on a new era for Orange County families!”
